March 2022

If we had to count the number of Thank You’s we owed everyone who has played a role in helping us at HERD, we would be turning to the infinity of the sky for answers about where to start. We are grateful for every little and big and medium-sized donation, every gesture of generosity, and show of support, in person or online. With 16 elephants and 28 carers to support, a wilderness to look after, and empowerment opportunities to drive, we need all the support we can get. Many people from around the world have gone out of their way to donate to our HERD Wishlist and ongoing Fundraising Campaigns. Loyal followers have continued to check in with the team and elephants through social media, and even sent gifts across the waters to our bush home. Thank you to everyone following our journey and helping us to continue building the best lives and futures for displaced and orphaned elephants.
